EMERGENCY Road Closure – Rumbush Lane, Earlswood – Immediate until 9 July 2019.

Please see below, details of an emergency road closure provided by Solihull MBC:

Works on behalf of: Severn Trent Water.

 Purpose of closure: Urgent water main repair.                                    

Description of closure: Rumbush Lane, Earlswood (from Norton Lane to Wood Lane).

Duration of Closure: Immediate until 1600hrs on 9 July 2019.

 Access for emergency services will be maintained.

Notification of New Zebra Crossing Facility – Fulford Hall Road, Tidbury Green

SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

 Notice of the Establishment of a Zebra Crossing – Fulford Hall Road, Tidbury Green

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Solihull MBC, in accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, intends to construct and commission a new Zebra Crossing facility.

As detailed on the attached plan, the proposed crossing will be located on Fulford Hall Road, Tidbury Green just south of its Junction with Lowbrook Lane and will take effect on or after 25th July 2019.

Notification of Temporary Traffic Restrictions – Cleobury Lane, Earlswood – 28 to 30 May 2019

SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

Cleobury Lane, Earlswood – Notice of Temporary Road Closures

Solihull MBC gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that electrical service works can be undertaken in safety.

As detailed on the attached plan, the works will require the following roads to be closed:

Cleobury Lane, Earlswood, B94 6AF (40m either side of Cleobury Barn)

Tuesday (8am) 28th May 2019 to (4pm) Thursday 30th May 2019 (24 hours a day). Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Norton Lane and Rumbush Lane. Vice versa for the opposite direction.

Informatory warning signs will be deployed, not less than seven days before any particular road will be closed. Access for emergency services will not be maintained through the restriction.

Lady Lane – Notice of Temporary Road Closure – Carriageway Closures

Solihull MBC gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that carriageway repair works can be undertaken in safety.

The works will require the road to be closed for a maximum of two days between Saturday 16th February to Sunday 3rd March 2019.

Lady Lane, Earlswood from the junction with Cleobury Lane to the junction with Braggs Farm Lane – (9am to 4pm) Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Tanworth Lane, Salter Street, Shutt Lane and Valley Road. Vice versa for the other direction. Please see the attached Plan.

Informatory warning signs will be deployed, not less than seven days before any road is closed. Access for emergency services maintained at all times. Where applicable, pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure.
